The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110 teaches adults in any industry to become skilled trainers & assessors. It is the new qualification required for all trainers who are delivering nationally recognised courses run by Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s).

The Southern Cross training course is conveniently organised into two clusters (i) training and (ii) assessment. It's very practical with an emphasis on applying your assignments to your actual working situation wherever possible. We also provide a classroom environment for your lesson deliveries, which is not the case with all RTO's TAE courses.

The Certificate IV in Frontline Management offered by Southern Cross Training is for people already working in a supervisory role who wish to develop their management and leadership skills and gain a formal qualification to support their career progression, or as a pathway to higher levels of study.

The qualification focuses on developing effective people skills, developing operational plans and priorities, building and leading teams, and marketing of products and services.
