The Certificate IV in Frontline Management BSB40807 offered at Southern Cross Training is for people who are first or second level managers i.e. line managers, offices managers & supervisors, who are directly responsible for production of goods and services, supervisions of clerical staff, customer service staff, shop floor employees, trades people, drivers, machine operators etc. It is also suitable for people wishing to move up into supervisory roles.

The course is applicable to relevant staff in virtually every industry in Australia today. It supports career progression on the job, as well as being a pathway to higher levels of study if that is your plan.

It is a very practical course, with assignments and assessments being applied directly to your workplace. It builds skills in developing operational plans and priorities., people skills; building and leading teams; making presentations to your team or other mangers; innovation in the workplace; safety at work, information systems; and marketing of products and services to existing and prospective customers.

Pre-requisites
