The course is applicable to relevant staff in virtually every industry in Australia today. It supports career progression on the job, as well as being a pathway to higher levels of study if that is your plan. It is a very practical course, with assignments and assessments being applied directly to your workplace. It builds skills in developing operational plans and priorities., people skills; building and leading teams; making presentations to your team or other mangers; innovation in the workplace; safety at work, information systems; and marketing of products and services to existing and prospective customers.
