Who should do the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE 40110?

The TAE Certificate IV course teaches people in any industry to become skilled trainers and assessors. Anyone who wishes to move into a training field, and trainers who need ongoing professional development, should do this program.

 

How long is the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE 40110 Program?

The class based is program is run over three months in two modes;
- two weekday blocks normally one week apart. Block one is 3-4 days and block two is 4-5 days depending on class size (total 7-9 days)
- Saturdays program, running over 7-9 weeks depending class size.
Larger classes run longer due to the student lesson deliveries where you prepare and deliver lessons to your classmates under supervision of your trainer.

 

How will I be assessed in the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE 40110?

Workbook exercises and lesson deliveries are signed off in the classroom. Quizzes are covered during class. That leaves four projects to complete during the remainder of the three month time allowed to complete your assessments.

 

How long is the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE 40110 On-line Program?

In the online program you have 6 months from the time of enrolment to complete all assessments

 

What is included in the course fees for the TAE 40110?

All materials required to undertake the course. This includes the * Southern Cross Training Manual * Templates in Word for all Projects, Quizzes and Workbook Exercises * In class-based courses you get email support from your trainer for the duration of the 3 month period to assist you in completing your assessments. * In the online course you are allocated a personal tutor for the duration of the 6 month program. Your tutor will assist via email support with any questions and guidance you need to complete * Issue of a nationally recognised Certificate IV

 

Who should do the Certificate IV in Frontline Management?

Frontline management are the first or second level managers (line managers, office managers & supervisors) directly responsible for production of goods and services, supervision of clerical staff and shop floor employees. This course is for people already working in a supervisory or management role, who wish to develop their management and leadership skills and gain a formal qualification to support career progression or as a pathway to higher levels of study. It focuses on developing people skills, developing operational plans and priorities, building and leading teams, making presentations, and promotion of products and services.

 

How long is the Certificate IV in Frontline Management?

  •  The Frontline Management Certificate IV course runs over a three month period for class based programs in Weekday Block, Saturday and Two-Evenings a week mode
  •  The weekday blocks are 5 days each, with a break of one to two weeks. You have three months from date of first class to complete assessments
  •  Saturday classes run for 10 weeks, with three months from the date of first class to complete assessments
  •  Evening classes are two per week over 10 weeks, with three months from date of first class to complete assessments

 

Will Frontline Management be available on-line?

  • On-line programs will become available in August 2011. You will get 6 months from date of enrolment to complete assessments
  •  The course commences as soon as you enrol
