Study for your TAE 40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with Southern Cross Training. Become a professional workplace trainer. The recently released TAE 40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment was developed by Innovation and Business Skills Australia (IBSA), the Industry Skills Council, as part of the normal training package review cycle. It was endorsed by the National Quality Council (NQC) of Australia on May 12 2010. The TAE 40110 is the new qualification for trainers and assessors in Australia, taking into account feedback by the industry, trainers, assessors and students. It will gradually replace the existing TAA 40104 Certificate IV in Training and assessment. The new TAE 40110 qualification has 7 core units plus 3 elective units, allowing some flexibility for individual RTO's in designing their courses. We have increased the focus on delivery of training & presentations, in response to feedback from more than 1,000 of our training and assessment students. So we've included the unit BSBCMM401A 'Make a presentation' because our students have told us this is so important to them in their work as professional trainers. |
